2015 Bell Bottom White
The grapes were pressed whole cluster making the wine light with an elegant character. The juice was barrel fermented for 8 months in neutral oak barrels.
The wine opens with a bouquet of gooseberry and mint. On the palate the wine offers fresh fruit flavors of melon, gooseberry with a hint of asparagus. The wine finishes has a finish of cream and melon. With its crisp acidity, this wine should pair nicely with NW cuisine such as shell fish, halibut and cod.
