This wine is true to a “Barolo” style. We barrel aged this wine 30 months in a mixture of French and Hungarian oak barrels. 45% of the oak was new French oak. The wine was then bottle aged for a year and a half.
Pairs nicely with rustic dishes such as eggplant parmesan, pot roast and beef medallions.
This is the last of our Nebbiolo. Unfortunately the grape grower pulled out the vines. 225 cases produced
