This is our fourth and perhaps most exceptional vintage of Dolcetto, produced in a year of great and bold red wines with delicious, but subtle tannins.
The grapes were hand harvest in late September, stemmed and then left as whole berries. The juice was then fermented and aged in stainless steel.
This medium body, dry red wine has aromas of licorice, fresh herbs and raspberry tea. On the palate, the wine has flavors of mulberry and juicy plum with a raspberry, chocolate finish.
Pairs with BBQ, grilled chicken, pork and pizza.
