Our 2013 Bell Bottom White, a funky dry white wine with of 90% Muscat and 10% Pinot Grigio.
We whole cluster press the grapes making the wine medium body with an elegant mouth feel. Since there is less skin contact, the wine has a pale yellow tint.
The wine opens with a bouquet of honeysuckle, citrus peel and fresh spring flowers. On the palate the wine offers hints of peach, honey dew, ginger and white raspberry. The wine finishes with a bold fruit flavors of gooseberry and lychee. With its crisp acidity, this wine should pair nicely with NW cuisine such as shell fish, halibut and cod.
