We are excited for our new Barbera. Its 100% Barbera from Red Mountain, a very rare treat indeed. There isn’t much Barbera grown on Red Mountain.
Our Barbera with its natural acidity and juicy fruit is ideal for enjoying by itself or with any special meal as well. Pair with lasagna, grilled meats and tomato based dishes pasta dishes.
Tasting Notes: This full body red wine has the color of dark garnets gems. On the nose, the wine has a bouquet of cedar, raspberry, coco, coffee and vanilla. With flavors of black cherry, plum and coco, this wine has a finish of coco and cherry pie. Age worth for 10-15 years.
